I am a board certified geriatric nurse practitioner. I have 10+ years in geriatric primary care, long term care, and skilled nursing.  I created Geriatric NP Academy because I know firsthand how challenging it can be to practice as a nurse practitioner in today’s healthcare environment — especially when caring for complex older adults. 

My passion is teaching nurse practitioners how to approach geriatric care with more clarity, confidence, and clinical structure. My goal is not to overwhelm you with more information. It is to give you frameworks you can actually use in practice — tools that help you slow down the clinical noise, identify what matters most, and make safer decisions for complex patients.
